📋 Description

• Own and drive developer experience strategy for the JCP platform.
• Optimize build systems (Gradle, Maven, Bazel) for faster builds and caching.
• Set up AI development pipelines with context, agents, and handoffs.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines to reduce build times and boost reliability (TeamCity, GitHub).
• Enhance containerized workflows (Docker, Dev Containers) for fast local environments.
• Eliminate bottlenecks from code commit to production.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience with build systems (Gradle, Maven, Bazel) at scale.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Jenkins).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized workflows.
• Understand full SDLC and developer productivity holistically.
• Ability to drive cross-team initiatives and influence practices.
• Motivated to make engineers more productive and remove friction.
