📋 Description

• Leads and mentors a team of up to 10 developers
• Plans, implements, and delivers software on time with quality standards
• Designs and implements high-complexity technical solutions
• Participates in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Collaborates with stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities
• Promotes DevOps tools and practices to ensure quality software

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software development
• Strong OOP and functional paradigms understanding
• Solid with patterns and clean code (SOLID, GoF, MVVM)
• Proficient in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET, EF, LINQ, Visual Studio
• Azure Fundamentals; nice to have AWS or GCP
• SQL and DB experience; strong version control (Git)
