Development Test Engineer, Battery (Starship Electronics)

📋 Description

• Characterize and qualify battery cell tech for Starship electronics, incl. EIS and thermal tests.
• Create test stand concepts, drawings, wiring schematics, and instrumentation lists.
• Write automation and analysis software to collect and interpret data.
• Supervise integration of test stands (fabrication, assembly, data/control).
• Operate test stands with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with REs and design/manufacturing/test labs to improve reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer, electrical, or engineering.
• 1+ years of electronic hardware or software development experience.
• 1+ years programming in Python, MATLAB, or Embedded C/C++.
• Electrical circuit design and manufacturing including layout.
• Solid modeling with parametric CAD.
• High attention to detail in designing and operating complex tests.
