🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in software engineering with production AI experience
• Deep expertise in Python and Java; scalable backend/API development
• Experience with AI-powered document processing, OCR, unstructured data ingestion
• Enterprise app architecture, system integration patterns, operational support
• Bilingual French/English; professional English proficiency
