Device Management Engineer – Cloud Services

📋 Description

• Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices across a large, operationally
• Troubleshoot Windows patching and application deployment issues through Microsoft Intune.
• Diagnose device, application, and deployment failures using Windows Event Logs, Intune management
• Support and maintain Intune provisioning, device profiles, configuration policies, and security
• Implement and maintain Intune policies designed to configure, manage, and harden Windows endpoints.
• Support Adaptiva Patch and develop the expertise required to troubleshoot and maintain patching

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11 patching and application
• Practical experience managing Intune provisioning, device profiles, configuration policies
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system deployment, patch management, updates, and
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose application and deployment failures using Windows Event Logs
• Solid PowerShell scripting skills, with experience using PowerShell for troubleshooting
• Ability and willingness to learn and support Adaptiva Patch.
