Device Patching Engineer (Windows) - On Site

📋 Description

• Plan, test, and deploy Windows OS and software patches.
• Prioritize patches by risk (CVE/CVSS); maintain SLA compliance.
• Test before rollout and execute rollback plans.
• Coordinate maintenance windows with Client IT; follow change control.
• Troubleshoot patch failures; maintain device/patch inventory and docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years IT/Engineering with Windows patch-management experience.
• Experience with current and legacy Windows OS (10/11, Server, Win7/10 IoT).
• Familiar with patch tools: SCCM/MECM, WSUS, Intune; Ivanti/Tanium/BigFix a plus.
• Comfort in engineering/lab environments; change-management awareness.
• Excellent communication; client-facing demeanor.
• On-site in Pune full-time.
