📋 Description

• Own environment strategy across the portfolio for IGA platforms (development, test, UAT
• Build and govern CI/CD for identity artifacts and IaC packaging for SailPoint, Saviynt, and Okta.
• Own infrastructure-as-code for identity platform infra and containerized deployment on Kubernetes
• Manage secrets and non-human identity lifecycle across the practice (vaulting, workload identity
• Design reliability for identity workloads including HA/DR, capacity and performance tuning.
• Lead the DevOps and platform engineering team across US and Pune; set standards and audit evidence.

🎯 Requirements

• CKA/CKAD, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, or Azure/AWS Solutions Architect certification.
• CISSP or CCSP.
• SRE practice: SLI/SLOs, error budgets, chaos testing, DR testing.
• Zero Trust architecture, ZTNA and micro-segmentation experience.
• Experience running hosted/managed identity service with SLAs.
• Hands-on with identity platforms: deployment, upgrades, patching, HA/DR and performance tuning for
