📋 Description

  • Installation, configuration, and ongoing management of O/S and AZURE services.
  • Implementing and maintaining custom client machine images and centralized configuration management
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Ensuring clients & partners are updated on status of work and issues.
  • Raise, investigate, and resolve problems and known errors in line with the problem management
  • Ability to proactively improve automation and processes via ongoing improvement Kanban board.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in highly supporting customer-focused mission critical environments.
  • 4+ years’ experience engineering, architecting, or supporting AZURE solutions.
  • Current AZURE Associate and Professional Certifications.
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable auto-scaled environments using
  • Terraform, Scripting in Python/PowerShell/Bash/Perl, Git, containers (ECS/EKS/Kubernetes/Docker).
  • Experience with Jenkins or CI/CD tools; TCP/IP knowledge.
