8+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure, SRE or Platform Engineering with team leadership
Deep Linux and networking fundamentals
Kubernetes production experience
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi), CI/CD, GitOps
Production cloud experience (OCI/GCP preferred; AWS also fine)
Proficient in Python/Go/Bash; able to judge AI-generated changes
