📋 Description

• Senior, customer-facing technical role in Customer Success
• Partner with Japanese customers to achieve operational excellence with Portworx
• Design, deploy, and optimize apps in Kubernetes and other envs
• Provide advanced escalation support to technical teams
• Lead joint solution development with technology partners
• Advise customers and collaborate with sales for adoption and growth

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Japanese with strong technical writing and English
• In-depth infra, storage, and container orchestration know-how
• Hands-on with AWS, GCP, or Azure storage/compute
• Proficiency in Kubernetes (Helm, Operators, CRDs) or OpenShift/Rancher/KubeVirt
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
• Observability tooling: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk
