📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and optimize mission-critical apps on Kubernetes with Portworx.
• Provide advanced escalation support to the Technical Support Engineering team.
• Lead joint solution development with technology partners to expand Portworx.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to customers, collaborating with sales for adoption.
• Build demos and reference architectures for cloud-native and hybrid environments.
• Create high-quality technical content in Japanese, including runbooks and guides.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Japanese, strong technical writing, and professional English.
• Senior-level, customer-facing experience; distilling complex concepts.
• Deep knowledge of compute, storage, and container orchestration (on-prem/cloud).
• Hands-on with AWS, GCP, or Azure; storage/compute services.
• Kubernetes ecosystem: Kubernetes (Helm/Operators/CRDs), OpenShift, Rancher, KubeVirt.
• DevOps tools: Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD; observability: Prometheus.
