🎯 Requirements

3+ years building/managing ad campaigns; deep Meta ads micro knowledge; experience with TikTok and
Proficient in ClickUp/Asana or similar PM tools.
Extreme attention to detail with error-free deliverables.
Strong English communication, proactive internal/external collaboration.
Experience in a fast-paced small team; highly organized with own calendar.
