🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; engineering, life science or medical background preferred
2+ years in procedural/OR healthcare software; 2+ years in clinical project integrations
EMR/PACS knowledge a plus; background in clinical staff training
German and English strong communication skills; travel >75%
Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills; customer-focused consulting experience
