  • Operate a pooled Digital Customer Success model using health scores and usage data.
  • Manage a health-score queue to spot stalled adoption and renewals.
  • Engage priority customers via email, calls, webinars, and office hours to drive adoption.
  • Support onboarding, activation, admin setup, rollout, and security configuration.
  • Run targeted recovery plays to improve adoption and renewal outcomes.
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to improve emails, journeys, and adoption programs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience with CS platforms, CRM tools, lifecycle marketing, or product analytics tools.
  • Experience with SMB or lower-ARR customer segments.
  • Background in security, IT, identity, infrastructure, or dev-focused software.
  • Familiarity with SSO, SCIM, directory sync, admin controls, and user provisioning.
  • Experience creating customer-facing enablement content, playbooks, or webinars.
  • A passion for user success and a product-led mindset.
