🎯 Requirements

3+ years as a Producer or Project Manager in digital advertising or creative production.
Fluent English communication is a must.
Strong understanding of fast-paced creative workflows for design and animation.
Ability to translate complex production needs into clear client language.
Excellent collaboration across teams, time zones, and technologies.
Proficiency with production and project management tools (e.g., TeamGantt, 10,000ft, Basecamp).
