📋 Description

• Lead digital quality measures using FHIR and QoS standards.
• Drive transition to FHIR-based quality measures (eCQMs/dQMs).
• Act as the technical expert for digital quality topics with clients.
• Oversee lifecycle of FHIR-based measures from concept to updates.
• Mentor measure developers, analysts, and partners.
• Support proposals with technical strategy and staffing input.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree + 11+ years in health informatics or related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare quality measurement (eCQM/dQMs).
• Strong knowledge of FHIR resources and IGs (US Core, QI-Core, DEQM).
• Experience with quality measure lifecycle and value set management.
• CMS-related contract experience preferred.
• Leadership with hands-on technical involvement.
