📋 Description

Onboard customers to Intuitive Hub and MyIntuitive+ services
Provide workflow analysis, customization, and optimization
Train and support clinical and OR staff and users
Lead customer meetings, product demos, and trainings (remote/on-site)
Support sales/marketing with customer presentations and events
Build relationships with key stakeholders and drive adoption

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; engineering/medical background preferred
2+ years in procedural/OR healthcare software
2+ years in clinical project integrations
EMR/PACS knowledge is a plus
Experience training clinical/OR staff
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
