Digital Solutions Integration Specialist (Austria/Switzerland)

📋 Description

• Be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor of our digital solutions for customers (externally)
• Perform Intuitive Hub in-services, workflow analysis, customization, and optimization to meet
• Educate and prepare customers for My Intuitive+ including customer onboarding.
• Monitor and drive the digital products utilization by customers and clinical users.
• Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with hospital staff and thought leaders.
• Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems; escalate issues to digital technical

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; engineering, life science or medical background preferred.
• 2+ years in procedural/OR healthcare software.
• 2+ years of clinical project integrations.
• Experience with EMR/PACS solutions is an advantage.
• Experience in training clinical and OR staff.
• Knowledge of Procedural/Operating Room environment.
