Digital Transformation & AI Lead

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day delivery of a major digital transformation program
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across BIM, digital engineering, PMIS, analytics, and tech
• Facilitate client meetings, reviews, training, and executive updates
• Identify risks, monitor performance, and align with objectives
• Drive AI opportunities to improve delivery, reporting, and knowledge sharing
• Integrate AI capabilities into digital workflows and construction processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Architecture/Engineering/Construction; master’s preferred
• 15+ years in digital transformation or delivery programs
• Experience with construction tech and project delivery with owners/consultants/contractors
• Strong PM capabilities: scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources
• Knowledge of BIM, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, PMIS, CDEs, digital twins
• Experience with Kahua, Procore, Trimble Unity Construct/e-Builder, PMWeb or similar
