Digital Twin Principal Scientist (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Lead as senior technical authority on the Digital Twin team for integrated IFE system modeling.
• Oversee development of simulation codes for laser, target, chamber, injection/tracking, and
• Drive synthesis of subsystem models into a plant-level, self-consistent model for trade-off
• Collaborate with Science, external partners, and investors to advance modeling frontier.
• Present modeling results to executives and program managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Physics; Ph.D. strongly preferred (specialization in Plasma/ laser/ nuclear or
• Deep expertise in IFE/ICF physics and subsystem modeling experience.
• Proven track record of developing, validating, and publishing physics simulation codes
• Strong programming skills (Python, Fortran, C++, or equivalent) and HPC/large-scale workflows.
• Experience with integrated, systems-level modeling and uncertainty propagation.
