📋 Description

The Direct Sales Supervisor supports the residential door-to-door sales team.
Coaches, trains, and provides feedback to 4-12 DSRs.
Drives sales targets and field activity with KPI tracking.
Recruits andOnboards new DSRs in partnership with Area Sales Manager.
Travels to prospecting locations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Experience leading a sales team.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets.
Local travel and reliable transportation required.
High school diploma or GED; MS Office skills a plus.
