📋 Description

• Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support, positive direction
• Empower individuals to live independently and with dignity.
• Provide hands-on caregiving, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals served.
• Assist with daily living tasks (moving, bed transfer, dressing, bathing, toileting, hygiene).
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for helping others.
• Physical stamina to stay on feet and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Successful background clearance required.
• Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.

🎁 Benefits

• $1500 sign on/retention bonus for select programs.
