Direct Support Professional / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide direct support, instruction, and assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Help residents live as independently and with dignity.
• Offer positive direction and ensure a safe, healthy environment.
• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care as needed.
• De-escalate challenging behaviors and implement positive supports.
• Varied daily experiences; training provided where needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old; high school diploma/GED preferred.
• Person-centered, patient, kind, and team-focused.
• Dependable, adaptable, and detail oriented.
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills for documentation.
• Valid Driver's License (and vehicle/insurance may be required).
• Background clearance required.
