Provide direct support, hands-on instruction, and guidance to individuals with I/DD to meet health
Enrich and support residents in a safe, healthy environment.
Offer companionship, personalized care, and encouragement of independence.
Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating).
Administer medications and follow medical protocols.
Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry.

🎯 Requirements

Direct support/caregiver experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Person-centered focus; dependable, adaptable, team player.
Ability to lift and transfer; strong communication/documentation skills.
18 years or older; reading/writing proficiency for care documentation.
