Provide direct support and hands-on instruction to individuals with I/DD to meet health, safety
Offer companionship and personalized care, encouraging independence and self-care
Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating)
Complete medication administration per medical protocols
Prepare meals and snacks
Light housekeeping and laundry; mobility/transfer assistance (may use lift devices)

🎯 Requirements

Previous DSP/caregiver experience preferred
Valid driver’s license
Person-centered focus; dependable, adaptable, flexible
Ability to lift and transfer; team player
Strong documentation and communication skills
18 years or older
