Provide direct support and hands-on instruction to individuals with I/DD
Ensure health, safety, and achievement of service goals
Offer companionship and personalize care to promote independence
Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating)
Administer medications following protocols
Prepare meals and snacks; light housekeeping; laundry

Previous DSP or caregiver experience preferred
Valid driver’s license
Person-centered focus

Ability to lift and transfer
