📋 Description

• Provide direct care for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in residential
• Full-time, permanent position; schedules are given two weeks in advance and may change based on
• Flexible, independent worker with strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Float DSPs are adaptable and must work at multiple homes as needed.
• Enrich and support residents while maintaining a safe, healthy environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years DSP/Caregiving experience with individuals with IDD is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to travel between programs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Willing to learn different supports, from medical to behavioral.
• Passion for helping others through person-centered care.
• Ability to work well independently and be dependable, adaptable, and flexible.
