Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description

• Coach and mentor individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD)
• Lead activities like music, art, games, reading, audio/visual and life skills workshops
• Teach daily living skills: cooking, money management, volunteering
• Lead outings and workshops; engage individuals in activities
• Assist with personal care and behavioral interventions
• Housekeeping and laundry duties

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months+ experience with individuals with I/DD
• High school Diploma or GED
• Must be 18+
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van
• Ability to lift and transfer 50 lbs
• Compassionate, patient, adaptable team player

🎁 Benefits

• Full Range Scale: $21.75 - $24.25/hour
