Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description

• Coach and mentor individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD)
• Engage individuals through activities to enhance skills (music, art, games, reading, AV, life
• Teach daily life skills (cooking, money management, volunteering) to foster independence
• Lead outings and workshops; continuously engage individuals in activities
• Assist with personal care and daily behavioral interventions
• Report daily outcomes in the electronic documentation system

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months+ experience with individuals with I/DD
• High school Diploma or GED
• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van
• Comfortable providing personal care and behavioral support
• Compassion, patience, professionalism; adaptable with a positive attitude

🎁 Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $21.75/hour
• Full Range Scale: $21.75 - $24.25 per hour
• Part-time, Monday – Friday with weekends off
