Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including
Assist with ADLs, household tasks, meal prep, shopping, budgeting, goals, appointments, and
Maintain a clean, safe, supportive living environment.
Promote independence, personal choice, and life skills.
Support ISPs and document progress accurately for program/regulatory requirements.
Observe changes and communicate with supervisors and team members.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age
Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
Basic computer skills for documentation/communication
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Willingness to assist with personal cares and ADLs
