Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description

• Coach individuals with I/DD
• Lead workshop activities (music, art, games, reading, AV)
• Teach daily life skills (cooking, budgeting, volunteering)
• Lead outings and workshops
• Provide personal care and behavioral interventions
• Housekeeping and laundry

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months+ experience with individuals with IDD
• High school Diploma or GED
• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van
• Comfortable providing personal care and behavioral support
• Good communication and documentation skills
