Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description

• Lead activities: cooking, art, music, recreation, life-skills
• Teach skills for greater independence
• Support outings and community activities
• Provide personal care and mobility support
• Offer behavioral support and de-escalation
• Assist with different communication needs, including nonverbal

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months relevant hands-on support experience preferred
• Must be 21 years or older
• High school Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van
• Comfortable providing personal care and behavioral support
• Ability to respond in behavioral/emergency situations

🎁 Benefits
