Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Positions in Milwaukee area: Milwaukee, South Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, West Allis, Waukesha, Oak Creek.
• Assist in a residential group home to help people with disabilities achieve outcomes.
• Support daily activities, meals, cleaning, laundry, and activities for community integration.
• Mentor to help individuals become more independent; provide positive direction.
• Medication administration and monitor medical well‑being.
• On some roles, prior IDD/mental health or security experience preferred.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old; high school diploma or GED.
• Excited to work with adults with disabilities; strong reading/writing/communication skills.
• Background clearance required; valid driver’s license required.
• Must be comfortable driving company vehicles to transport persons served.
• Some roles may require own vehicle and auto-liability insurance.
• Nice to have: experience with mental health or related certifications (CBRF, CNA, CPR) though not
