Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Assist in a residential group home with people who have disabilities
• Help with meals, cleaning, laundry, and daily activities
• Provide mentorship to promote independence and community integration
• Administer medications and monitor health status
• Offer crisis management and positive direction toward personal goals
• Receive paid training if no prior experience

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (required for transporting persons)
• High school diploma or GED
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills
• Successful background clearance and being at least 18
• Comfort driving company vehicles; some roles may require personal vehicle
