Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide direct support and hands-on instruction to individuals with I/DD
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and laundry
• Support mobility and transfers, may use lift devices
• Implement positive behavior supports and de-escalate when needed
• Assist with documentation and collaboration with team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with individuals with I/DD preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Attend two weeks of paid orientation and training
• Passion for person-centered care
• Dependable, adaptable, and flexible
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
