Assist with activities of daily living and community activities.
Maintain a clean, safe living environment.
Promote independence and life skills development.
Support ISPs and document progress accordingly.
Observe and communicate changes to supervisors and team.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Willingness to assist with personal cares and ADLs.
