Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks (mobility, bed transfer, dressing, bathing, hygiene).
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Build relationships with individuals served and teammates; attend community activities.
• Transport individuals to appointments or activities outside the home.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Person-centered, patient, and kind
• Dependable, adaptable, flexible
• Observant and detail oriented
• Valid Drivers License (due to transporting)
• 18 years or older
