Direct Support Professional / Youth Caregiver

• Mentor, coach, and role model to help kids develop life skills
• Lead person-centered activities to build confidence and independence
• Participate in school, home, and community routines and activities
• Celebrate strengths and progress of youth
• Provide supervision, coaching, and encouragement
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• High school diploma, transcript, or GED
• 6+ months of professional work experience with vulnerable populations
• Good communication for documenting care and following support plans
• Valid driver’s license (due to transporting persons served)
• Availability to attend three weeks of paid training (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)
