Director, Account Solutions Architecture

📋 Description

• Own Solutions Architecture across REGION: strategy, operating model, headcount plan, capacity
• Build and develop the management layer — hire and coach managers and team leads
• Define how deployments scale: reference architectures, automation/IaC standards, deployment SLAs
• Operate as senior cross-functional partner to Sales, Field Eng, Support, Product
• Stand up leverage programs to reduce direct delivery load: enablement, self-service tooling, docs
• Serve as executive technical sponsor for strategic accounts and CTO/VP-level escalation owner

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading a customer-facing technical organization, with 2+ years managing managers
• 12+ years overall infra/platform/SRE/Solutions Engineering background
• Kubernetes, Helm, containerization, networking, storage, cloud services
• Production experience with Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, and cross-team IaC standards
• Proficiency across AWS, GCP, Azure and on-prem/self-managed deployments
• Strong Linux/Unix CLI experience; familiarity with ML workflows and MLOps tooling
