• Participate in a five-week interactive training in all areas to run a JYSK store
• Training program runs about 1 year; assigned to Constanta store
• Develop skills to potentially lead a store in 1–2 years
• Join a dynamic retail environment with HR and retail trainers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in learning, motivating and developing a team
• Willingness to relocate/move within 50 km of Constanta
• Positive attitude, inspires others, great sales attitude
• Able to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales
• Calm under pressure, coordinates team to meet objectives
• Strong sales skills and weekend availability
