Director, AFB Technologies

📋 Description

• Provide technical and organizational leadership for the AFB web portal, mobile applications, APIs
• Define and execute a technology strategy and modernization roadmap balancing new capabilities
• Partner with Product, Technology, Security, Operations, and stakeholders to translate needs into
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools to boost productivity
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into platforms and workflows while maintaining security
• Modernize applications, services, APIs, and data capabilities for maintainability and delivery speed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in software engineering/technology leadership, enterprise applications, or digital
• 5+ years leading and developing software/tech teams
• Experience defining technology strategy and modernizing applications, services, APIs, or data
• Strong understanding of web/mobile apps, APIs, cloud technologies, distributed systems, data
• Experience with security/compliance; SOC 2 readiness or compliance experience strongly preferred
