📋 Description

• Lead rapid prototyping, experimentation, and validation of agentic AI solutions.
• Evaluate foundation models and agent frameworks for enterprise adoption.
• Develop reusable POCs, accelerators, and reference architectures.
• Collaborate with AI Eng, Platform Eng, Product, Architecture, and other teams to productionize

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/AI/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years building AI/ML/software with technical leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on with LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, vector DBs, APIs, Python, cloud-native dev.
• Production-grade AI application design and scalable solutions.
• Experience translating experimental concepts into production-ready implementations.
• Strong communication and collaboration across research, engineering, architecture, product, and
