Director, AI and Technology Enablement

📋 Description

• Oversee technology and AI initiatives to improve operations, collaboration, and decision-making.
• Translate business objectives into technology requirements and adoption plans.
• Partner with leadership, IT, and vendors to deliver technology-enabled initiatives.
• Support CRM enhancements, including workflows, reporting, and user experience improvements.
• Identify opportunities for AI adoption across workflows and knowledge management.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and manage adoption feedback cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years in business systems, technology enablement, revenue ops, or related areas.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven Salesforce experience: workflows, reporting, adoption, requirements.
• Ability to translate business challenges into actionable technical requirements.
• Experience in tech implementations, testing, training, and adoption initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, knowledge management, workflow optimization.
