📋 Description

• Lead strategic AI research embedded at client sites
• Oversee production-ready AI systems for Fortune 500 clients
• Manage and scale Forward Deployed researchers and engineers
• Collaborate with TELUS Digital Product, Engineering, Sales
• Set technical direction and drive enterprise AI impact

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software/AI with production systems
• 4+ years in senior leadership managing teams
• Deep GenAI/LLMs expertise (RAG, multi-agent, RLHF)
• Hands-on cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TF)
• Strong communication with C-level stakeholders
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering/AI; bonus for MS/PhD
