📋 Description

• Lead design, development, operation, and improvement of foundational AI capabilities for agentic AI
• Define and implement an agentic AI foundation with standards, practices, and models for scalable
• Set an engineering strategy/roadmap aligning with enterprise needs and objectives.
• Oversee teams building reusable platform services, tools, frameworks, components for AI-powered
• Partner with product, data, infrastructure, security, technology, innovation, and business units to
• Drive modernization/integration of systems with AI capabilities to accelerate innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, CS, data science, or related field; advanced degree
• 8+ years of AI engineering experience with proven strategy/roadmap delivery for complex AI
• Experience translating business needs into scalable technical solutions in AI/data-driven
• Strong understanding of AI engineering, ML, data-driven products, AI platforms, and enterprise
• Ability to lead strategy, establish scalable standards, governance, and roadmaps.
• Experience building/scaling reusable AI services and platform capabilities.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $194,600–$361,400 USD per year. Final comp based on skills/experience.
