📋 Description

• Build, define, and scale an AI/data services portfolio.
• Lead client-facing AI engagements across full lifecycle.
• Establish repeatable delivery methodologies and assets.
• Act as senior advisor translating AI capabilities into business value.
• Own delivery performance: quality, staffing, scope, satisfaction.
• Build and develop a high-performing AI/data services team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in tech/consulting/pro services; 5+ years leading a unit/line.
• Experience scoping/delivering AI solutions through production/adoption.
• Strong knowledge of applied AI, LLMs, data tech, integrations, analytics.
• P&L ownership with revenue/margin accountability.
• Experience launching/scaling new tech service offerings.
• Ability to define delivery methodologies and sell complex engagements.
