📋 Description

• Own measurement infrastructure supporting 15+ product teams
• Develop dashboards to inform planning, maturity, and adoption of new practices
• Coach Product Managers and teams on interpreting analytics to improve decisions
• Establish governance, metric definitions, and data sources for consistency
• Partner with tooling and governance to extract meaningful signals from PM tools
• Translate data insights into actions and improvements across product operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product analytics, BI, data analysis in digital products/tech
• Experience measuring organizational change and driving adoption
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and define metrics
• Proven dashboard and analytics framework usage by teams for decisions
• Strong PM practices understanding: roadmap, backlog, delivery
• Data governance: metric definitions, quality control, drift prevention
