Director, Business Development

📋 Description

• Lead BD efforts in the Intelligence Community (IC) for Muon Space.
• Drive opportunity pipeline, capture activities, proposals, and win new contracts.
• Coordinate with engineering, legal, and finance to develop solutions and price-to-win.
• Serve as capture lead from initial engagement to award and manage customer plans.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years aerospace/defense experience with 5+ years in Business Development.
• Proven ability to lead USG captures, proposals, and winning strategies.
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Active TS clearance; willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Master's degree preferred; DoW/IC experience and remote sensing/space familiarity a plus.
