  • Lead and scale the North America BD org, including first- and second-line leaders
  • Own North America pipeline targets and drive revenue growth

  • 5+ years SDR/BDR leadership; 3+ years of second-line management in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Strong people leadership; experience managing managers and building leadership capability
  • Deep understanding of pipeline generation, outbound motion design, and enterprise GTM
  • Data-driven; able to set clear goals, measure progress, and drive accountability
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps partners
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
