Director, Business Operations Management

📋 Description

• Lead global business operations teams for serialization compliance, freight payment, and efficiency
• Drive strategic and operational support for Global Supply Chain priorities with stakeholders.
• Provide reporting, SLA analytics, and audit readiness; support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, GTC, Procurement, and external transport providers.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives to improve process standardization and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years related experience; 3-5 years in pharmaceutical/health care ops management.
• Leadership in complex, matrixed environments; multi-divisional/functional team leadership.
• Knowledge of DSCSA serialization, traceability, and compliance; audit readiness experience
• Strong communication; ability to craft business cases and drive change.
• Extensive project planning/management; experience with tech initiatives is a plus.
